nlogo.jpgCounty Londonderry Juniors have reached the final of the Northern Ireland Milk Cup Vase.

In the sem-final at Scroggy Road, Limavady they overcame County Antrim, winning 3-1. The Derry boys opened the scoring after 8 minutes from the penalty spot, Ben Doherty making no mistake with the spot kick. County Antrim levelled the score 5 minutes later. Ethan Swenney put the Derry boys back in front heading into the net from a corner.

 In the second half both teams missed chances and during the closing minutes Stephen Mills added a third for County Londonderry to wrap up the game.


 County Londonderry now meet Scottish team Queen of the South in the final at Anderson Park, Coleraine.

 Kick off 11.00am.
